Best custom home builders in GVRD!

We've done many remodels and renovations in the past, but this was our first custom home build and Goldcon delivered! From the consult stage to design and build, I can't say enough about how professional, supportive, accommodating, and punctual this team was. The end product was exactly what we had dreamt of and beyond! It's very rare in this era to find builders who can stay on budget and schedule, but Karim and Kav at Goldcon made sure that there were no surprises along the way (beyond the absolutely unavoidable and uncontrollable - no project is without a few bumps in the road, but it's how this team dealt with them is what puts them at the top of their league). Would highly recommend Goldcon for any renovation, remodel, or custom home build.

Working with Kaveh and Karim was a great experience from beginning to end. They work very hard to manage your needs, the trades involved in the project and make sure it is as seamless as possible especially during the time we did our renovation on our home. During a time of supply chain issues, they lined up the trades to keep the timelines on point even after we added more work to the scope, they made sure it was sorted. On top of that, they were very responsive to our needs and kept in communication with us daily.
