The design process also gives us a better idea of your style and the finishes you wish to use for your custom built home.
Pre-Construction
Following the design process, we then work with your “must have” checklist to create a detailed estimate outlining all the costs associated with building your quality custom home. Building Permits – Our services include all the paperwork and documentation involved in obtaining building permits.
Construction
The construction stage is where you will see your project come to life. It is important to us to keep the site clean and safe in order to have homeowner site visits. If you are not able to make site visits don’t worry! We will keep you updated with project photos as well as the project schedule. Completing a custom home project is always rewarding. At this stage, we prepare to turn over your home to you. We do a walk-through of the home with you to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of your newly built custom home.
We understand that with technology advancing each and every day; there may be questions that arise regarding the media center, central vacuum, A/C unit and/or any other feature your home may have.
A professionally trained member of our team will go over these features with you. Following completion, we offer a 2-5-10 warranty package provided by Pacific Home Warranty, we encourage you to click the link and take a minute to read the warranty information.
