1. We wanted a space that would be functional yet

1. We wanted a space that would be functional yet still work for our small children. We designed a nook area with a bench for seating and drawers to hide all the kids toys.

2. At first, the nook space was to have open shelves with off white cabinetry. We then decided to continue the white oak look with black oak / clear glass doors.

3. The kitchen was supposed to be white oak shaker doors which would have probably been a completely different look. After some thought we changed the design to flat slab doors. We’re really happy with the overall look of the flat slab doors and the Gold accessories.

4. The hood fan is a hand made custom metal hood fan with brass details which was an inspiration from a @studiomcgee project.

5. The Kitchen island counters and backsplash are @dektonbycosentino #dektonarga which is scratch, heat and stain resistant.

6. We went with an off white @blancocanada silgranit sink which blends in perfectly with the countertops.

7. @brizofaucet For the kitchen faucet , pot filler , waste disposal switch, and soap dispenser.
